El apartamento cuenta con internet, persianas eléctricas, nevera americana, horno, microondas, inducción, barra americana de desayuno, tv plana de 47 pulgadas y una magnífica terraza. Las dos habitaciones y el salón cuentan con aire acondicionado (3 aparatos) y ventiladores automáticos con mando a distancia. Los dos baños tienen plato de ducha y calienta toallas. La piscina abre desde mediados de Junio hasta mediados de septiembre.
