The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Cosy, quiet and bright attic studio in one of the most beautiful districts in Münster, very conveniently located between the city centre and the Dortmund-Ems Canal. The city centre is a 4-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away. Two bicycles are available free of charge on request - please register when booking. Dogs for an extra charge. Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Double bed (2m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.
