A rural oasis of calm in memory of our forefathers who farmed this agricultural land and so (with a little less comfort...). Fantastic views partly into the Bernese and completely into the Fribourg Alps. Ideal journey to the city of Bern, whether by private vehicle (20') or by public transport (40'). I realllyyy love the place. It's so cute and very well maintained and so well equipped. The house has everything, just name it. From cooking ingredients to board game. The check in was super easy. The house was easy to locate from Rubigen Station. It takes about 10- 12 minutes from the station to get to the house but the view along the walk is really nice. It didnt feel like 12 minutes at all. Lastly Marleen was really sweet and super helpful. She even let us check in early which we really appreciated. Overall, I really love the place and would love to visit Marleen's place again!
