This stylish apartment is perfect for group travel. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse built in 1880. The flat is in an excellent condition and can room up to six people comfortably. There is a private fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with whirlpool as well as a small private balcony. Additionally there is a commonly shared large terrace (36m2). One parking spot is included and we offer free tickets for the public transport within the city of Berne.

we had an amazing time spent during winter holidays ❤️ the cozy atmosphere, well equipped house, located in the core of touristic direction was exactly what we searched. the classic fashioned reach quality house make you feel you relaxed, spending time with family. a vague of space in house and good house plan allows to stay with children and have a house party not disturbing guests. in a well equipped kitchen we had a number of dishes, that allowed to taste different ideas we had within a year the view. this is something that will be hard to find even in panorama express, bcs the view on Thun lake and mountains made us just to freeze and look.. no photo that would repeat that view. this is memorable for dozens of years Thanks Jand and family- this is a real family fortress, cozy and warm welcoming.

5 Stars! We absolutely loved the apartment! It was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were breathtaking, and the convenient access to public transport made exploring Spiez and the surrounding areas so easy. We’ll truly miss this beautiful place but hope to return one day. The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

This place was fantastic - stunning house with stunning view. Just was extremely friendly and communicative and gave us lots of local recommendations. The house is really wonderful - spotless and large. We were able to explore the area really easily (Interlaken and Thun) and had a really amazing time. Great value also. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible! The living room/patio area is absolutely insane. Me and my friends spent the whole evening admiring the view. The house is very clean and pretty. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, this needs to be your no.1 choice! I can’t put into words how much of a gem this place is!

The in-law was for us (2 adults)., 3 children 5, 6 & 8 years old) ideal. Everything was as described, various toys for children available and also in the kitchen everything to get enough of a small family. Communication was always friendly and pleasant. Beatrice is an excellent host, friendly, attentive, helpful and yet discreet. She was always there when you had an issue or needed tips about the area. The highlight was certainly the great garden, both for the children and for the adults to end the evening. The funicular can be reached on foot within 15-20 minutes and a great starting point for various excursions in the wonderful surroundings. We'll be more than happy to come back! Thank you.😊

Uncomplicated and friendly contact. The place has a wonderful view and is beautifully decorated. Kitchen and bathroom are also well equipped and you have everything you need! The parking space is right outside the door and various excursion and shopping opportunities are easily accessible! Overall, just a great place to stay with good value for money.
