We had a wonderful stay at Anne's. The townhouse is perfect . Spacious ,clean, very pleasant bedding with everything you need for the stay ( laundry detergent , dishes , coffee ...). We enjoyed this haven with our four children and where to visit the area under the sun in addition! Communication with Anne was very good , responsive and understanding . We would definitely recommend this listing!

Renovated Original Irish Cottage

We had a little trouble locating the property but Patrick's wife, Michelle, came to find us so that we could follow her there. She was very kind and welcoming and even escorted us in to town and recommended some restaurants to us. It is a beautiful place to stay, clean and well equipped, with stunning views of the Irish countryside and excellent hosts. Would highly recommend.

Ballyvaughan Holiday Cottage

If I could move in permanently I would. A beautiful home in a stunning location, this isn’t to be missed. Plenty of linens and extra pillows, enough bathrooms to make all the guests comfortable, open and spacious kitchen and dining area. We were sad to see our trip come to an end and are already planning our next visit! Ballyvaughan is not only beautiful, it is full of incredibly kind and warm people. Make sure you leave enough time to see the sights, but also visit the local establishments and get to know the community!

Great space. Tons of room and fully kitted out with modern appliances and cooking equipment. We ended up shopping at the Eurostar in town and cooked every night. The area was great for access to the Aran island ferry and within 45 minutes of Galway. Beautiful part of the country and great access to miles of the Wild Atlantic Way.

The place is beautifully situated with views from all rooms towards the ocean. The feeling is cosy and homely, with all necessities available. John was a wonderful host, going the extra mile with helping us with luggage and directions, as well and joining us for a beer at the local pub in the evening. I recommend John’s accommodations for anyone who wants to see a beautiful side of Ireland in regard to both nature and people.

Apartment by the sea Clifden

AlainRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were lucky enough to occupy Susan's place for a few days in mid-April where we were able to enjoy mild weather. The accommodation is very clean, impeccable bathroom, comfortable bedding, large bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, recent tv. Located a 15-minute walk from the city center, the place is very peaceful. Clifden is the perfect base from which you can reach this beautiful region of Connemara (car recommended...). A few shops, cool pubs and restaurants, the city represents the Irish atmosphere we were looking for. A highly recommended rental...

The Barn, Fanore, Wild Atlantic Way

MaryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Between the stunningly beautiful Fanore and this lovely simple space all life's frazzles and stresses have more than met their match. I stayed for 5 nights and left with a total reset. I had completely shifted gears in the time I was there.Everything about this place is stripped back to just what you need and its so much better for it. The vibe is chilled and the nature all around is wonderful with sea and mountain outside the door. Finola and Daniel are very relaxed, friendly and helpful and very respectful of privacy but very generous with information if you ask. There is art everywhere, such a lovely vibe. Daniel had a pitcher of freshly squeezed o/j in the fridge and a glass of it after a long beach walk was heaven. This is a unique part of Clare and staying with Finola and Daniel was the icing on the cake. Thanks for such a lovely stay

Historic Period Carriage House near Galway City

JeffRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Located in a private forest, Finola's estate is a living history. It's my first time staying in such an old building. A quiet country road takes us into the woods, then the fountain welcomed us, just like entering an elegant Victorian film. The house is equipped with all modern facilities and even a bathtub. The first day, the wifi was not functioning, but Finola helped promptly. Minor flaws: the cups were not cleanly washed, and providing toiletries would make it even more perfect.
A charming house is set amidst a well-maintained lawn, featuring a practical driveway. The exterior showcases a blend of light and dark tones with multiple windows. Surrounding trees provide a touch of greenery, complementing the inviting entrance.

Spacious Irish Lakeside Retreat

JacquelineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We fell in love with the house. It just felt like home. Super comfortable, peaceful, spacious and clean. It had every amenity you can wish for. I could have stayed forever. One negative, unfortunately, was the Internet connection. It did not work at all. We contacted Susan and were told that the provider does not work weekends. I think maybe a little effort could have been done to contact a help desk to intervene. Some of us needed to connect for work and it was quite frustrating that the service was not available. It also meant of course that we could not watch any of the TV applications available on their smart TV.

Aidan took our request for a last minute booking and had the house ready for checkin within an hour. The location is great and only a short drive to Westport. The views of the lake and countryside were absolutely beautiful. The house is amazing inside and out, clean and stocked with all of the essentials. We will be returning in the near future 100%. Aidan was very friendly and welcoming as well as his lovely Wolfhounds! Looking forward to my next visit!
