A short review - just book, you won’t be disappointed. Woodlands, lakes, lovely accommodation, great coffee and great hosts … there’s nothing thing not to like.

A simply stunning location. The advert cannot possibly convey how private it is and how surrounded by tall trees, nature, birdsong, chickens, animals and tranquility that the location is. The location is fantastic if you particularly value woodland and nature. The space you have to wander is pretty huge in addition to the small garden at the back door. The cabin is likely the cleanest we've come across and very well laid out. Very secure also which was good for our bikes. The welcome pack is great, not too long and wordy and just enough information. David was very proactive in communicating and very friendly. We were greeted by him personally at check-in which is always a nice touch. He also came out to say farewell when he noticed us packing the car early. We have to give a shout to The Grain Kitchen, Harling, for breakfast. A 20 min drive and incredible breakfast options. Check the menu! Thanks David and Suzanne for allowing us to experience your home grounds. An incredible space.

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

Sandra and Roger were excellent hosts. Always prompt in replying to messages. The accommodation was very pretty, comfortable and cosy. They went the extra mile to make sure I had the essentials like milk, coffee and tea on arrival after a very long journey. Information folder in annexe was written well and very useful. Such a pretty area, quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend the annexe and will be booking again in the future.
