All good, the whirlpool was certainly a huge plus and used almost every evening. Her clear and comprehensive communication really made arriving and leaving pure bliss. Just a remark - the beds were a tad too soft for our liking, but that's strictly our own preference and doesn't take anything away from the overall experience at all. 10 out of 10, cleary would book again.

I stayed for 2 nights to explore Speyside and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was spacious, private, and well-equipped with everything you’d need for a short stay. Even though it’s attached to Sarah’s house, it feels completely separate with its own entrance. Most places I visited were within a 10–20 minute drive, including a big Tesco in Keith. Highlights included Ballindalloch Distillery – small, intimate, and rich in history – and the Speyside Cooperage, where you can watch casks being rebuilt in front of you. I also enjoyed driving past Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Aberlour. Near Aberlour Distillery, there's a great short walk to Linn Falls, with the scent of whisky in the air and new distillery buildings to spot. A perfect base for a Speyside trip – I’d definitely stay again.

We’ve had a wonderful few days in this bothy while visiting family and exploring the Moray coast. It is very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. It was easy to relax here by the fireplace and in this peaceful countryside.

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.
