Elena was a great host. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The location was great close to the Mora and to everything in town all the shops and restaurants. We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

We had a wonderful stay in Livorno! The apartment is in a quiet location very close to the promenade – perfect for walks by the sea. Although it is not directly in the center, everything is reachable in a few minutes by car. It was spotlessly clean. We would like to emphasize Federica as a host: She was incredibly warm, helpful and committed. Since the weather in April was a bit moody, she gave us great tips for excursions and activities. She was also very flexible and understanding about our arrival and departure times. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

Wonderful street, almost no car travel. Some lovely shops, bars and restaurants on the street and in many directions, all walkable. Easy walk to the wall, the anfiteatro, the cathedral etc. Beautiful decor, floors and ambiance. Great kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. Comfortable bed and couch.

Antonio's apartment is in a very convenient location, it is well furnished and cozy, more beautiful live than in the photos. Antonio was available and accurate. Absolutely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Thanks for a great stay! The apartment is perfect located for a city trip to Pisa! You can find everything you need in short distance. The apartment itself is well equipped, wounderful furniture and cosy bed.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We recommend "1000 times" this property to spend a very nice Tuscan holiday in Viareggio!! See you very soon Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
