A hidden and surprising gem. Made beautiful memories with the family. The beautiful views and fireplace stand out. Hated to leave. Highly recommend. The host was very friendly and informative. If I go back to Georgia, will definietly try to book the place again.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

This place is absolutely lovely with a great view of the entire old city and Mother of Georgia right above you. It feels at home, very well equipped and warm. Well placed. Oto is very responsive and resolved every little request of ours within minutes if not seconds. I highly recommend this place to all. However, one word of caution, we were traveling with some older people aged 75+ and not in great fitness, so it was a little challenging for us to reach the slope up and walk up with several heavy bags. Taxis sometimes don’t show up till the door and it’s a steep walk down. Ensure you are packed light and are with a fit group to enjoy this place better. However, to our surprise, when discussed with Oto, he was very kind to request his neighbor to help us with bags during checkout. So it worked out very well at the end.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Отличный дом для большой компании. Есть место для коворкига, отдельные спальни. Хорошее расположение дома и приятная приватная территория, никому не мешали и нам соответсвенно тоже. Понравилась зона для барбекю, в доме очень много посуды и приспособы для готовки. Хороший, приятный двор с террасой, качелями и навесами. Были в холодное время года, отопление справляется хорошо, также есть камин на первом этаже. Магазин в 15 минутах ходьбы. С радостью посетим этот дом в летнее время, когда будет работать бассейн. Отличный вариант на компанию в 10 человек.

Все было отлично, до подъемников идти минуты 3. Понравилось, что Теа предоставляла шампунь/гель и мыло для рук в полноразмерных емкостях. Второе спальное место очень удобное в разложенном состоянии. На кухне было все, что нужно. Вода из-под крана вкусная, можно не покупать в магазине. Так же в номере свой вай фай, смотрели фильмы в хорошем качестве. Рядом в минуте ходьбы есть ресторан Мgzvarebi, очень вкусно, быстро и цены по сравнению с остальным Гудаури низкие, ужинали там все наше пребывание.

Ev oldukça temizdi, misafir için tüm olanaklar sunulmuştu. Ayrıca şehir hakkında sorduğumuz her şeye oldukça hızlı yanıt verdi. Gece giriş sağlamamıza erken rezervasyonla izin verdi. Evin konumu şehir merkezi için çok iyi. Rustavelli caddesi ve eski tiflisin tam ortasında yer aldığı için yürüme mesafesinde ulaşım sağlıyordu. Yan komşudan gelen seslerden gece rahatsız olduğumuzu belirttiğimizde Ruska hemen çözüm sağladı. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklamaydı her şey için teşekkürler 🤍🦢

Brilliant apartment in a great location, 2 mins walk to the gondola but off the main road so quiet and peaceful, great ski rent shop downstairs, everything on your doorstep, would definitely come back

Location is amazing! Near is everything you need. It was very quiet at night time. Flat is cozy, clean and have all these small things like laundry gel, soap, scissors, different types of dishes, full-length mirror😍 and other stuff you need at home.

We had a wonderful stay in this very cozy and atmospheric apartment with a beautiful view. Everything is thoughtfully designed with love and care, which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and pleasant and my fourth stay at Ani's place. Ani is a super responsive host and her family nearby for any suggestions and I am appreciative of the delicious welcome amenities. The artistic apartment is spacious and with a tuned piano as pictured, it is always pleasant to stay here and I recommend Ani's place wholeheartedly.

Wir waren über Ostern im Chemia Studio und wir sind begeistert😇 Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die durch ihren Charakter überzeugt. Der Ausblick vom Esstisch aus ist fantastisch und hat uns jeden Morgen und Abend aufs Neue fasziniert. Wir haben eines Nachts bemerkt, dass wir kein fließendes Wasser mehr haben und haben zu sehr später Stunde Mikha geschrieben. Er hat uns sofort informiert, dass es sich um einen Rohrbruch handelt und das Problem am Morgen darauf gelöst ist. Mikha ist sehr sehr gut erreichbar und äußert gut informiert, das fanden wir super 🙏🏼. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man was besonderes Tiflis sucht😊

Кухня оборудована всех необходимым и даже больше - большим камином, где прекрасно можно провести время, греясь прохладными вечерами🍷🔥 Ну, и вишенка на торте - это гостеприимство хозяина - Мамука встречает как родных, что оставляет самые теплые воспоминания о поездке. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
