Tamara was so kind and responsive. She made us feel like family members coming to stay. The room is well-equipped with a proper kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, TV unit, and a sofa in the living room. The property is sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. 1) The stay is within walking distance to the metro, bus, and minivan. 2) Supermarkets are located within 500 meters.

A clean large apartment with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains from the window. There is everything you need for autonomous living (washing machine, equipped kitchen, coffee machine and toaster). There is a bathtub. A very soft large designer sofa and a double bed. It is important to have an elevator in the house, when it is there, you do not notice, but when it is not, it is very much lacking.

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

We were traveling with two kids and had some fairly specific requirements for the flat—especially regarding cleanliness and a few child-related needs. Zura and his team were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all of our requests, including several ad hoc ones during the stay. This was genuinely one of the better Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The location is also ideal for exploring Tbilisi, with several shops and cafés just steps away. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the city.

I stayed alone in this apartment in March 2025, I liked everything. It was quiet enough. There is a great restaurant and rental in the same building, which is very convenient.

it was not our first stay in Madonna's great apartment and we immediately felt at home after the smooth check-in. As always, it was sparkling clean and fresh. In addition to the great view from the large balcony and the interesting surroundings with perfect connections to the center and the nearby surroundings, I appreciate Madonna's warm hospitality. We're really excited for next time!

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We stayed at this apartment in Tbilisi from May 23 to 25 and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and clubs. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and there was even a local bazaar nearby which added to the charm. The atmosphere in the area was lively and full of character. A great spot for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant side of Tbilisi!

Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed.
