We really loved this place for everything: super-close to there slopes , well-equipped, quite stylish. Mariam was always in touch and willing to help. The prices is really fine for or what you get. Will, definitely, choose this apartment again, when coming to Gudauri.

Amazing apartment with such a great vibe! It was super clean, had high ceilings, and everything you’d need for a comfy stay—a well-equipped kitchen, washer, and adjustable heating. The fast WiFi and desk were perfect for working remotely. Lea was an awesome host—super sweet and quick to respond. We loved the apartment and the neighborhood so much that we booked it again after our trip the mountains. The area has everything—supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. It’s a third-floor walk-up, but it didn’t bother us. If you want to soak up the real Tbilisi vibe, this is the spot!

Nice little apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a few days. Everything works well. It is clear that Giorgi has spent time trying to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It’s the small things that matter and that he took care of: good storage space, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, chairs on the balcony to admire the excellent mountain view. My only recommendation would be to replace the curtains in the living room with black-out ones, for even more comfort during the night

Great place to stay in the very heart of Tbilisi! The apartments are located in a brand new house, next to the main museums, Liberty Square, and amazing restaurants around. Room is clean and tidy, area is quiet, perfect place for a weekend getaway.

I stayed at Nina's apartment this summer and loved it! Self check-in was simple and the apartment had all the things I needed. Fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room. Not to mention the bath! ) I especially enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with the amazing mountains view! Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend it for both summer getaway and ski season!

Incredible place, right at the center, everything is extremely close, restaurants, bars, ski lifts, rentals. As a host Gia is also very friendly and proactive, allowed us to check-out late on top of it. can't really imagine a better place to stay at New Gudauri, highly recommended.

Nice and cozy place in a quiet area, away from noises. We were very happy with the place. The cleaning can be improved a little bit but it doesn’t bother us because they have cleaning tools available. Host is super nice and responsive. Anything we need, we just asked and she brought us stuff right away.

Great apartment for a couple. Clean, easy to get in and out of. Sometimes the building has a problem with the elevators when there are a lot of guests. But that has to do with the accommodation itself. The apartment is on the first floor, you need the elevators to get down to the ski locker

We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.

Excellent location in the old town in a quiet place, comfortable room and bathroom with air conditioning and heating. Of the minuses - the bathroom requires a thorough cleaning of the tiles on the walls and floor. It would also be nice to change the lighting to warm light, add a floor lamp and bedside lamps. Overall, better than others for the price.

Such a great place for people who loves winter activities! The sauna in the toilet was so unique and everything you need after long day in at ski. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
