This is my next time being here. Great place to stay with friendly and supportive host. It is perfect for long term! Apartment is clean and nice, it is in a new building, it has all you need for comfortable staying.

Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

In general we liked the view, apartment, amenities. Everything was ready when we came, the host helped us in finding the apartment.

I had a great experience living in the apartment which is in a very convenient location, with everything I needed nearby—supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and more. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were always responsive, helpful, and very friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it!

We spent a week at Georgy’s apartment and was more than satisfied! Georgy is an incredibly hospitable and responsive host. He was always available, ready to help with any questions. The apartment fully matched the description—it was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained this place is. It actually looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare find. Everything was spotless, and you can tell the owners take great care of the space. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Nino was very friendly and accommodating. She gave me homemade wine, fruit, cake, and I was very happy. The house was clean and spacious, and we had a pleasant stay. Even if it's cold outside in winter, it's also a great point that the house is heated. I stayed for about a month and worked remotely, but the WiFi worked fine and I was able to work comfortably at the desk next to the kitchen. It's not in the heart of Tbilisi, but there is a metro and bus nearby, and it's easily accessible, so it's not a problem. Thank you!

Nice and affordable place for solo travelers!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

I stayed at the place for two nights. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and the room is in a nice area of the city. It was not ideal with the height, but it was manageable for me. Very kind people as well. will definitely come back one day

This is the second time I've stayed in this beautiful house. Thank you for your hospitality, Georgi is a very caring, considerate host. The house had everything you needed, there were no slippers, which I was immediately brought. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, it was warm when sleeping, the street and courtyard are quiet. I love Vera and will come back more than once!

host is friendly and easy to contact. the location was good.. near to lots of places. like 5 to 7 minutes away to old town tbilisi. theres supermarket close to the place. bars also 15 minutes walk. fabrika hotel is an art place that 10 minutes walk. theres boutique and resto to dine and drink with. even the arab street is near. also walk away to rustaveli avenue good place check out. the location of ninuca place was strategically good. her place was cozy and comfortable. set as utalirian where all you need to stay for a week was there. you can cook, wash clothes. heater is always working. there clothes heater also for towels that makes your towels and jackets dry and hot. basically nice place. AMAZING. Thank you ninuca.

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. Great bus access. Our hosts were generous and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great wifi. You will enjoy staying here very much :) Everything was wonderful for us

Very nice place to live in Gudauri. The lift is close to the accommodation (about 5 minutes by foot). Two grocery stores, currancy exchange, restaurants are located here. Highly recommend. Good location.

It's Clean! Perfect!

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Nino is extremely helpful and and sorted all that we needed without issue. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this magnificent apartment that blended modern comfort with authentic Georgian style. The space was clean and comfortable and also filled with an array of beautiful plants.
