Nice, small apartment. Close to the first hoist, shop, cafe bars. The two of us were great, but more people would be more likely to be cramped. The apartment is very warm, the heating was not turned on. Excellent attitude and constant communication with the owner of the apartment - Dima.

Tim is a great responsive host. The place is the best I stayed at in Tbilisi. Super convenient location steps away from a large mall with a great grocery store in it. For bfast, check out Coffee Lab

Luca was a very pleasant host. We rented the apartment day by day and he went to meet us and agreed to accept. He personally met us at the house, walked us to the apartment and gave us a very detailed tour, provided two sets of keys. The apartment is located very (VERY) close to the metro and to the bus stops. The windows of the apartment face a quiet courtyard (not the road). In the evening, it is very pleasant to sit on the balcony, there are comfortable chairs and blankets. The apartment also has everything you need for living (stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, iron, etc.). The living room has a large TV, hdmi cable is available. The bathroom had all the necessary supplies (shampoo, shower gel, etc.). The bed in the bedroom is comfortable and large, there is a change of bed linen. We checked out early in the morning, Luca came to pick up the keys and even offered to give us a ride to the airport, which we are very grateful to him for:) Recommended from the bottom of my heart, if we come back - then only here :)

We had a fantastic stay at Tornike’s Airbnb. The place had a beautiful view, was well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Tornike was an excellent host, who always responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The house is exactly as described—if not better! It’s beautifully designed, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—near restaurants, gyms, parks, lake and supermarkets. Our host, Mariam, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent local recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. One of our favorite parts of the stay was Rocking chair, unique lightings and very warmly bright kitchen, It made our time here extra memorable. If you're considering booking this place, do it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Quentin’s place in Gudauri. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking—far beyond our expectations! It felt like waking up in a dream every morning with snow-covered mountains right outside the window. What made the experience even more special was Quentin’s hospitality. I had forgotten my international charger, and he went above and beyond—not only did he help me charge my power bank, but he also personally went shop to shop trying to find a charger for me. That kind of effort truly touched me. The apartment itself was cozy and modern, with a lovely projector setup in the living room. We watched movies with the kids and they absolutely loved it. Hot water was always available, and the entire stay was comfortable and seamless. Quentin was always quick to respond and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gudauri—an amazing host and an unforgettable view!

I can't say enough great things about this Airbnb! The host, Will, was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities you could possibly need. A few of the highlights were the view, the spacious living areas, the central heating (we visited during a really cold time but never felt it indoors) & finally the indoor hot tub. The location was fantastic too, situated in a peaceful neighborhood & an easy taxi ride to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated all the little details that made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, stylish, and welcoming place to stay. We’ll definitely be back at either this or one of the other 2 locations Tbilisi Bliss has to offer.

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. As a superhost having long experience in it I would highly recommend Mari apartment as it's one of the best experience I had. thanks Mary for your hospitality.

Lovely apartment next to the head of the street. Shops and cafes are just around the corner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Sleep comfortably, quiet, you can't hear the neighbors!!! No one walks on top. Comfortable mattress, great pillows, nice bedding. We lived before in another apartment and there was very poor soundproofing. We constantly heard the neighbors talking behind the wall. Sleep is great here! This apartment has a large number of dishes, it is convenient to cook. Responsive and polite host, always available. Very Pure! If this apartment is available on our next trip, we will live only here:) Thank very much
