Great place with such a wonderful host!! The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean! The apartment is in the center of historical buildings and you can just walk to tourist attractions! I planned to stay in George’s place with my parents but due to delayed flights I got there 2 nights late and I was worried about my parents not knowing the language… but George helped them with scheduling a ride from airport to the apartment, and he met them at the place and made them feel welcomed and cared! George was also flexible with our check out which made it more convenient for my parents as their flight was later in the day! George was very responsive and helpful with any questions and he even gave us recommendations for georgian souvenirs, places to visit, and things to do in town!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Tbilisi!! Thank you George for your outstanding hospitality!!

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The house is exactly as described—if not better! It’s beautifully designed, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—near restaurants, gyms, parks, lake and supermarkets. Our host, Mariam, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent local recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. One of our favorite parts of the stay was Rocking chair, unique lightings and very warmly bright kitchen, It made our time here extra memorable. If you're considering booking this place, do it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

In short, this was the best property I’ve rented in Georgia. I highly recommend it. If I return, I would rent it again—once, twice, or even more.

First, Tasha is a strikingly pleasant person, very kind and responsive, provided us with absolutely everything we needed for children up to a baby cot, and baths, the apartment is very spacious, clean, the air is good, and there is always a parking space near the house. We enjoyed everything, we totally recommend and would love to come back in the future!

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. Lovely apartment next to the head of the street. Shops and cafes are just around the corner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Sleep comfortably, quiet, you can't hear the neighbors!!! No one walks on top. Comfortable mattress, great pillows, nice bedding. We lived before in another apartment and there was very poor soundproofing. We constantly heard the neighbors talking behind the wall. Sleep is great here! This apartment has a large number of dishes, it is convenient to cook. Responsive and polite host, always available. Very Pure! If this apartment is available on our next trip, we will live only here:) Thank very much
