Vacation rentals with a home theater in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Близко до первого подъемника, магазина, кафе-баров. Вдвоем было отлично, но большему количеству человек уже будет, скорее всего, тесно. Квартира очень тёплая, отопление не включали. Прекрасное отношение и постоянная связь с хозяином квартиры - Димой.

Tim is a great responsive host. The place is the best I stayed at in Tbilisi. Super convenient location steps away from a large mall with a great grocery store in it. For bfast, check out Coffee Lab

Лука оказался очень приятным хозяином квартиры. Мы арендовали квартиру день в день, и он пошел нам на встречу и согласился принять. Лично встретил нас у дома, проводил до квартиры и провел очень подробную экскурсию, предоставил два комплекта ключей. Квартира расположена очень (ОЧЕНЬ) близко к метро и к автобусным остановкам. Окна квартиры выходят в тихий двор (не на дорогу). Вечером очень приятно сидеть на балконе, есть удобные кресла и пледы. Так же в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания (плита, духовка, микроволновка, стиральная машина, холодильник, утюг и т.д.). В гостиной большой телевизор, в наличии есть кабель hdmi. В ванной комнате были все необходимые принадлежности (шампунь, гель для душа и т.д.). Кровать в спальне удобная и большая, есть сменный комплект постельного белья. Мы выезжали рано утром, Лука приехал забрать ключи и даже предложил подвезти нас до аэропорта за что мы ему очень благодарны :) Рекомендуем от всей души, если вернемся - то только сюда :)

We had a fantastic stay at Tornike’s Airbnb. The place had a beautiful view, was well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Tornike was an excellent host, who always responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The house is exactly as described—if not better! It’s beautifully designed, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—near restaurants, gyms, parks, lake and supermarkets. Our host, Mariam, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent local recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. One of our favorite parts of the stay was Rocking chair, unique lightings and very warmly bright kitchen, It made our time here extra memorable. If you're considering booking this place, do it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Quentin’s place in Gudauri. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking—far beyond our expectations! It felt like waking up in a dream every morning with snow-covered mountains right outside the window. What made the experience even more special was Quentin’s hospitality. I had forgotten my international charger, and he went above and beyond—not only did he help me charge my power bank, but he also personally went shop to shop trying to find a charger for me. That kind of effort truly touched me. The apartment itself was cozy and modern, with a lovely projector setup in the living room. We watched movies with the kids and they absolutely loved it. Hot water was always available, and the entire stay was comfortable and seamless. Quentin was always quick to respond and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gudauri—an amazing host and an unforgettable view!

I can't say enough great things about this Airbnb! The host, Will, was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities you could possibly need. A few of the highlights were the view, the spacious living areas, the central heating (we visited during a really cold time but never felt it indoors) & finally the indoor hot tub. The location was fantastic too, situated in a peaceful neighborhood & an easy taxi ride to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated all the little details that made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, stylish, and welcoming place to stay. We’ll definitely be back at either this or one of the other 2 locations Tbilisi Bliss has to offer.

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. As a superhost having long experience in it I would highly recommend Mari apartment as it's one of the best experience I had. thanks Mary for your hospitality.

Прекрасная квартира рядом с главой улицей. Магазины и кафе совсем рядом. В квартире 2 спальни. Спать комфортно, тихо, не слышно соседей!!! Сверху никто не ходит. Удобный матрас, отличные подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Мы жили до этого в другой квартире и там была очень плохая звукоизоляция. Постоянно слышали разговоры соседей за стеной. Здесь сон отличный! В этой квартире большое количество посуды, удобно готовить. Отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Очень чисто! Если эта квартира будет свободна в нашу следующую поездку, то мы будем жить только здесь:) Большое спасибо!
