I recommend. the apartment is clean, has everything you need. 2 bedrooms. great kitchen with large windows. the host is very polite and helpful.

This apartment was a great choice for our stay in Tbilisi. It was clean, well-renovated, and had a nice view from the window. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The building is in a convenient location, with two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a household goods store, and a pet shop nearby. There’s also a small bakery close to the entrance with fresh pastries — a nice option for a quick snack. Overall, we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Natia’s place. It’s in a great location—just a short walk from Station Square where both metro lines meet—and there are several bus stops nearby, so getting around was easy. The apartment is quiet, full of character, and has a relaxed atmosphere. The space is well-equipped, with a functional kitchen and a cozy living room with a TV. Natia was responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Very hospitable hosts! We had the great pleasure of staying in this apartment during our stay in Tbilisi. Enough space for several people. The dishwasher and washing machine reduced the hassle several times over. It was a pleasure to be in this accommodation!

Everything was perfect In flat, location is great, very close to all needy facilities . Restaunants, shops on walkable distance. Wifi speed is high convinient for those working online Bedroom is with smart tv Living room as well. Ac is in both room Dish washer Cloth wash machine Drier machine is also plus. Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

I definitely recommend, quiet, good price, great renovation. Warm water without problems, 2 minutes to restaurants and bars. The host allowed us to arrive 3 hours earlier, as the room was vacant, literally refusing payment. All appliances are in good working order, cool in the morning, there is a heater that raises the required temperature in 5 minutes.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some railway tracks nearby, but during our whole week-long stay, I only heard a train once, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is also super convenient - very easy access to the airport, with shops and restaurants close by. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with a lockbox, which made everything simple. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Home is in a nice spot. There is a gazebo and a grill on the area. On the first floor, there is a large living room with fireplace and sofa. The house has modern furniture and Technics. The bedrooms have white bed linen and towels, body wash and shampoo. The house has a set of dishes - plates, several tea cups, cutlery, but there is no cutting board and corkscrew, which was a big surprise. There are no glasses for wine or other drinks either. There is a beautiful mountain view around, you can walk to the creek. A great place for a weekend with family or friends.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Awesome apartment , clean and tidy . we stayed 4 days and you will find all the things you need .Awesome location lots of restaurants bars and great place for evening walk . Supermarket, currency exchange and Pharmacy are very very close . Nana is a good host , instructions are very clear and she is responsive . If you want 2 bed apartment in Tbilisi , just go ahead and book it .

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.
