Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. The Hideout-Cozy Retreat on bike path w/ hot tub!

Come celebrate the festival season and amazing hiking at a cozy private unit behind my house directly on the bike/walking path for 1-4 guests. Only 1.6 miles from town (and 25 yards from the SMART bus stop.) Park on my driveway for easy convenience. The free gondola to Mtn Village is less than 2 miles away. The Valley Floor and elk sighting are across the street. The hot tub is private on the airbnb patio to enjoy the stars on the cool nights. Enjoy!

San Miguel River Get-Away - Easy Drive toTelluride

I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.
