There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. This listing is for the entire second and third story which is a guest suite and has a full kitchen, living and sun room, along with two bed rooms.
