Vacation rentals in Mountain View

This was our first time staying in an RV, and the Cowboy Cruiser really was quite spacious and comfortable. Jeff makes wonderful breakfasts and is great to just sit and talk with, as well. The location is perfect for visiting the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, Bandera Volcano/Ice Cave, and El Morro, as well as seeing absolutely every star in the sky on clear nights.

It’s a little off the freeway but well worth the drive. We wanted something that wasn’t in the big city and we found it here! Beautiful area with amazing views. The spring water was amazing and the resident cat was super friendly. Will definitely remember this place and consider it the next time we drive through!!!

beautiful home, great location in the city right near down town. clean spacious. hosts were quick and responsive. plenty of parking spaces.

Bruce is the ideal host. He extremely knowledgeable about the surroundings and it's various peoples. He was beyond kind and always helpful. I will make that cabin my first stop if I'm in that part of the woods again. Cool neighbors too. ps. I knew it was perfect the minute I saw there were no TVs in the house and the fridge had my favorite two jellys.

Such a beautiful area to explore. I highly recommend the El Morro National Monument nearby. The property itself is relaxing, I walked my pup back on the trail everyday. The art work was fun to check out! I only ran into a couple folks during the weekend, and everyone was super nice!

This is an amazing home. Beautifully furnished, excellent kitchen and the most comfortable beds (for us). The location is amazing with brilliant views and very private/quiet. We stayed for two nights and didn’t want for anything. It was the most expensive place we stayed in during our 3 week road trip, but it also had an extra bedroom we didn’t need as there were just 3 of us. Stunning place overall, we definitely didn’t want to leave. Stay here if you are visiting the area. It is infinitely nicer than staying in Grants and just a 10-15min drive from the town.

Mrs Pearl was fantastic the house was incredible with you was outstanding she had it warm when we got there she was very understanding and responded to any questions that I had I would suggest anybody go there if they can there was no problem no issues and the minor one that we brought to her attention you felt so bad for her and she fixed it immediately 100% five stars

Nour was really kind and it was an easy stay. The house is spacious and beds comfortable.

Alray was a fabulous host. The place was comfy, clean, and had everything you could need or think of. We loved the layout, the bed was comfy w plenty of pillows and the kitchen had everything and then some. We were there before Halloween too so the outside was decorated and lit up... so fun! Alray is a great communicator... thoughtful and considerate. We would def stay here again. Thank you Alray & family!
