This is a newly renovated, top floor, one bedroom condo in Ptarmigan Ridge with views of the slope. Drive in/out and 100 yards to ski in/out. The living room has a propane fireplace and a new chaise sofabed with a 49" LED Smart TV wall mounted with cable TV and Blu-Ray Player. The bedroom has two new pillow-top single beds that can be made up separately or pushed together. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Locker room on ground floor for easy, secure storage of equipment.

Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. We ask that you clean, vacuum, launder linens or bring your own. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen, sundeck, bbq, TV, sauna.
