Monthly Rentals in Mount Morrison

Casey is a great host, very responsive and attentive. The private apartment is in the basement but has plenty of daylight from the full windows in each room. My pup was able to use the fenced backyard and she enjoyed the space and many dog toys. Location is good, quiet neiborhood also close to Golden and Denver.

Great place, host was communicative and friendly. Place was clean, had fast internet for remote work, with a nice loft office area. There was a trail head literally just outside the front of the building that you could walk to Bear Creek park. Would definitely stay again if we pass back through Denver !

Lovely place to stay for any amount of time! Unique and cute unit in a peaceful area that was so fun to stay at for 2 months. We love using the grill and the hot tub! Pam and Ryan were such great hosts, fun to talk to and so helpful anytime we needed anything!!

We had an extended stay at Coco’s cabin while we were waiting to move back into our home after having moved back to Colorado . Coco’s cabin was ideal for us as the location is ~15 minutes to Evergreen, where our son’s daycare is located, and it is very close to 285 as well which makes going into town a breeze. There are a couple of establishments nearby that are walkable and very much worth checking out as well. The internet is very fast and we had no issues working from home. We had a great stay overall and would highly recommend staying at Coco’s!
