Monthly Rentals in Mount Hamilton

I stayed just shy of 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay. Trung was incredibly helpful, kind, and when I had a small issue with the fridge he was extremely responsive and fixed right away. He was always available should I ever have any concerns or needs and never made me feel like I was a bother. The room was very private, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities you will need for a long term stay. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Amazing find!

I really enjoyed my stay here, Lily was very responsive and communicated well whenever needed. It felt like right at home from the moment I checked-in, and place was very clean with all the mentioned amenities included. Lily’s Mom was very helpful all the time, she is a very sweet lady to talk to whenever I see her around. They have a beautiful backyard which is well maintained and guests can spend their free time. I would definitely recommend this to others and would love to be back when I am in the area.

I stayed at Afkham’s cottage for 3 months. The place was very nice and had everything you could want- full kitchen (with all of the cooking hardware included), TV, couch and plenty of walk-around area. I really enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it.

Anh was an AMAZING host from the booking thru our entire stay! She went above and beyond to be sure we were happy and made accommodations for our large SUV. She made sure we made it okay as we were a very late arrival. Her place was clean, beautiful, very comfortable beds, had all the amenities we needed, and the view was absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I highly recommend this place to stay! We stayed 11 nights and felt right at home with everything we needed. I would give 10 stars if I could!
