A fantastic apartment in the most beautiful location. Enrichetta was always very quick to respond, flexible and very attentive. We were personally greeted at check-in by Ian who always ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view from the apartment and the pool is truly breathtaking. I definitely recommend staying here! We hope to return again in the future.

Wonderful New Year's Eve thanks to the apartment's arrangement, both for the internal services that allowed us to organize the family dinner, and for the distance from Piazza del Campo where we counted the minutes to the new year. The location of the accommodation in a historic building that borders the square is fundamental. Just wanting to look for a flaw, upon arrival there was a bit of a bad smell from the bathrooms, promptly eliminated by opening the vents. Very efficient heating and super comfortable.

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time is practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is located in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful apartment ! Spacious for 7 adults

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

Lovely accommodations and a very nice and responsive host who got us checked in within a few hours of booking. Very convenient location with great restaurants nearby.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Very nice house, clean and very well furnished. The sauna and hot tub are fantastic. Elena also provided me with all the directions for free parking (2-minute walk from the house) and recommended restaurants. I recommend it

Mario, Anna and Claudia are such a wonderful family and lovely hosts . They want to make sure you have the best stay ever. The beauty of this property and Siena itself is one you see in paintings . I was so sad to leave after 3 nights I asked if we could extend because I wish we booked longer ! Everything is breathtaking. This is the best booking we have made in our 13 years of marriage. You will not be disappointed. I am already planning our next trip back and thinking of renting the entire villa for that trip! Thank you for the best stay !!

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

It was so clean, and the welcome drink and coffee were so good. The bedding is clean and the bathroom is so clean. The food and wine I had at the restaurant they run was the best. I definitely want to stop by again next time I come to Italy.
