It is located in the center of the village with the beach just a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. If you do not want to use the car it is not necessary since there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you may need next door.

"Casa Indigo" is a semi-detached triplex house located on the top of Almuñecar, in the urbanization "Fuentes", 1 km from the first beaches and 3 km from the city center. This 10 year old house has been completely renovated in the spring of 2018 with a concern for comfort and decoration. The house is air-conditioned and has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is a large terrace with sea views and 2 swimming pools to share.
