Wunderschöne Wohnung inmitten Wien.

Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και έχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο. Όμως έχει μια μικρή απόσταση για το μετρό γύρω στα 800μ κάτι που δεν είναι βολικό για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά, ειδικά όταν έχει κρύο. Επίσης η έλλειψη ασανσέρ είναι ένα θέμα και θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή αντί να το διαβάσουμε στα σχόλια των επισκεπτών. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν λίγο μικρότερο από ότι περιμέναμε, αλλά καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα θέμα με την ηλεκτρική ασφάλεια αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης το τακτοποίησε αμέσως μόλις τον ενημερώσαμε, παρά το γεγονός ότι ήταν αργά το βράδυ. Συνολικά ήταν μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής, αν και θεωρώ πως για τις παροχές του ήταν overvalued.

Sehr zu empfehlen, in der Nähe der Karmelitermarkt, wo es einen super Vietnamesen gibt. Gleich in der Straße verkauft der nette Herr Nagy Zotterschokolade. Supermärkte um die Ecke. Ausruhen im nahe gelegenem Augarten. Sehr interessantes Viertel.

Amazing place to stay! Best nights sleep ever in such a comfortable bed. Did not want to leave! Comes with everything you need, really clean and tidy. Great amenities and TV. Close to transport links

Was für ein toller Aufenthalt! Die Umgebung ist wirklich wunderschön. 360 Grad Sicht auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles was man braucht könnte. Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Absolutely incredible apartment that truly felt like a home away from home. It is impeccably furnished and has everything you need for a long-term stay in Vienna. Fabian and his co-hosts were wonderful and really showcased Viennese hospitality at its finest. I would absolutely stay in the apartment again and cannot recommend it highly enough for people visiting the city.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Stefans Unterkunft! Es ist eine wirklich schöne Altbauwohnung mit individueller Einrichtung und einigen sehr schönen und besonderen alten Möbelstücken. Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, alles war super unkompliziert. Alles ist genau so, wie es beschrieben ist. Dankeschön 🌻

Ingrid was a great host that was helpful with instructions and anything we needed along the way, she was also accommodating where possible at check-in and check-out. We loved the space which was fitted out well with everything that you needed for a great and relaxing stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and such a great space to come back to after a full day of exploring. We love to walk so walked to most places each day but the train and tram were close and easy to navigate to where we needed to go.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Eveline war rundum angenehm. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Auch wenn die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum etwas größer ist, hat die ruhige und gepflegte Lage dies mehr als ausgeglichen. Wir konnten gut entspannen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Kommunikation und die Gastfreundschaft – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

Marion ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalte braucht. Das Rauschen des benachbarten Baches war uns sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed for several weeks at Alexander's place and we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come again. We travel a lot and see a lot of places and this one is definitely on our favorite list. The house is very cozy and has all you will need. Sitting in the "Winter garden" with a warm tea and the fireplace in your back, looking into the woods on the mountain is really relaxing. The garden is amazing and huge, our dogs loved to play there and also could take a bath in the stream next to the plot (with private entrance directly from the garden!). The Rax area is also very nice, especially if you like nature and hiking. We loved it and can fully recommend the place and also Alexander and Anna as host, which were very friendly and helpful!

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage war ruhig und die Altstadt war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay here! The ground floor was perfect for mom who has mobility issues. There is a bathroom right next to the bedroom. We loved the location and public transportation is so easy to use with a stop within walking distance of the house. There is a beautiful park across the street and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Masud responded quickly to our questions and truly did everything possible to be a great host! I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for more of a family get away!

Die Ferienwohnung von Stefan ist in einem idyllischen kleinen Tal gelegen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Grundstück. Die Strasse ist wenig befahren, es ist sehr ruhig dort. Die Küche war für uns vier sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Ein Highlight ist natürlich die Fasssauna! Sehr zu empfehlen ist die große Rodltal Wanderrunde, da man sozusagen gleich vom Haus aus starten kann. Die Nähe zu Linz lädt dort zum Bummeln und für die Attraktionen wie die Pöstlingbergbahn oder den Donaubus ein. Es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Josefine is a very obliging host and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Josefine 😃

Appartement was klein, maar groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Het was zeer proper en in een mooie omgeving gelegen. Ook genoeg wandelplaatsen die in een korte afstand bereikbaar zijn met de auto. De buurman die ons opving was ook heel vriendelijk en heeft ons op een fijne manier welkom geheten. De communicatie met Gabor verliep ook vlot.

Wir waren zum Konzert von Coldplay für 2 Tage in der Stadt. Arusyak hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Diese ist super sauber und vor allem sehr durchdacht gewesen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Bahn war fußläufig innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und wenn es sich ergibt komme ich gerne nochmal wieder.

Regina’s home was exactly as described and the perfect spot for our week in Vienna. Beautifully decorated with great canal views and plenty of amenities including lots of extra linens/towels. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the train and many walkable sites. Regina is very responsive and offered wonderful recommendations for dining. The elevator was a plus with all of our luggage and having a washer in unit is a treat. We will definitely stay here again and share with friends visiting Vienna!

Andreas’s place was very convenient in terms of location as well public transportation.( line 2 and U6). The garage is a plus which is very appreciated. The house has everything from A to Z and you can’t complain. I would highly recommend the place :)

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
