Great experience, everything matches the description and photos. Apartment equipped with everything and even more. Convenient to public transportation. Igor was very kind and always responded quickly to our questions.

Great experience, the house is really nice and also bigger than it looks in the photo. Nearby is the tram stop, which runs very often until midnight and a half. Also convenient to get from the airport with the S7 line. The only downside was the towels provided were really very small and ruined.

A very nice place to stay. Will definitely come back again.

Pietro’s apartment offers a charming Viennese experience due to the aging apartment, combined with stylish touch sue to the interior objects and spacious and bright rooms. The location is ideal, not right in the city center but close to it with perfect tram connections. The neighborhood offers multiple options for dining out, breakfast and cafe bars. Our favorite place is just 80 meters from the apartment, called Cafe Weimar. For elderly people it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the second floor without elevator.

I am a single professional and stayed here for four nights while doing work at IIASA. Pleasant area, balcony overlooks trees, very clean, well thought out, comfortable bed.

My friend and I were attracted to Bettina's apartment for the natural colours and plants. It looked and felt like a real home. The location is excellent for really good cafés in the morning, en route to the centre, and the Spa supermarkets (there are three in the next street) are amazing compared to the UK. It is a very quiet area, yet close to busy streets and transport. All very convenient for reaching many of the galleries and features on foot (we both like walking.) The bathroom has both a shower and bath and lovely hot water to dive into after a long day of travelling. It was cool weather, but the apartment did not feel cold, although we really appreciated the hot water bottles at night...that was a nice thing to have available. The door key app was a bit tricky as it was slow to load for our arrival, but Bettina sorted out the hitch straight away, and was great at communication throughout our short stay. My friend and I both said we would definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean appartment. Very spacious Beautiful tulips on the table. Good communication and flexibility in terms of check-in. The street is a bit busy if you like to sleep with the window open. But locations are top. Nice neighborhood and close to the city center, walking and with tram/metro.

Very good AirBnB with great connections to public transport and shopping (both about a 3-minute walk). Annemarie is a very nice and enormously helpful landlady, who was always available to us with advice and gave us a lot of great recommendations for our Vienna tour. Check-in was also easily possible quite late (11:30 pm), as we were in a traffic jam and the communication with Annemarie was great - quick and clear answers in a short time. The AirBnB offers enough space in the large living room for up to 6 people and the bedrooms are sufficiently large. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (outside the bathrooms). We can only recommend the AirBnB and would love to come back if we travel to Vienna again.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very cozy and very clean. The host was very welcoming and kind to us, very understanding, we traveled by car and it was nice because we had an available parking spot in front of the house. Our little dog, Jerry had plenty of space where to run in the garden of the house. The house has all the amenities you need and it is in a very nice and quiet area. We truly recommend!

Beautifully restored mill with a lot of love for detail! We were guests in the area after my wedding party and were certainly a not quite simple group to coordinate in advance. Although almost all of them arrived separately and there were some short-term cancellations from guests, Isabella and Marion were always friendly and super organized!! Thank you very much for that! The rooms were really nice and very clean. Richig has also delighted us with the vital breakfast with a huge selection and beautifully prepared. I would definitely book this one! Next time we'll come to you for a long time.

My family and I stayed 6 nights for New Year's at Sabine and Pablo's fantastic Haus and we really enjoyed it! They are two excellent hosts: very nice, friendly and available to clarify all our doubts! Check-in and check-out were extremely simple and the location of the house is all in all convenient for reaching the city of Vienna, the main destination of our vacation. We moved by car and it took us about 30 minutes to reach the city. The Haus also has a parking space and is surrounded by lots of greenery and many animals! It is a place characterized by remarkable tranquility, perfect for those who want to enjoy a vacation away from the chaos of the city. We look forward to returning!!

All as described, a great location to get to Vienna or the surrounding area to do something there.

Very nice house with no direct neighbors close to the Semmering. Optimal for a few days enjoying the peace or hiking (were there in summer). We were 10 friends and that was no problem for the hosts either. So everything was explained to us well and the house checked again before our arrival. Also during check-in and check-out you were flexible. All around we were happy and it met our expectations :)

We had a really great time at Christian's house. very close to the Red Bull Ring track, in fact we came here for the MotoGP. The Host was very friendly and super responsive in his answers, he helped us with a small problem we had in the kitchen and in 5 minutes he answered us and gave us the necessary help! the house is very nice, especially the terrace! convenient parking space in front of the house. A most enjoyable stay! The location was perfect, with everything you need only about 15 minutes away by subway. All in all we were completely satisfied.

Great place to stay. Lovely, comfortable, clean flat, everything I needed, easy to get to, very close to transport and the conference centre. Ilona is lovely and gives you space.

Great apartment with everything you may need. It has a real espresso machine and a perfect bookshelf with top-notch geopolitics and psychology shortlist. We read those books during all our stay in Vienna and it even competed against Viennese art galleries time... :))

The apartment was very nice, everything was clean and it had all the things and amenities that were listed. The host is also great and communicative, he was responsive and gave me clear instructions and answered all my questions. Check-in went smoothly and there were no problems. If you arrive by car and you plan on parking there, keep in mind that you’ll be paying additional 20€/per night. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but when I asked about it, I was told to reserve my parking space for this price.

We feel grateful as we booked this place very last minute since our car broke down when driving through there. Seppi’s place has everything you need, great location where is close to everything, easy to check in, no problem communicating. Very recommend!
