A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. Granary on a Lamafarm

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. Old building apartment in the heart of the city of Melk, which offers everything. Located directly below Melk Abbey, in the middle of the pedestrian zone and yet close to the train station. Fantastic apartment with 150m², ideal for families with children. Very tastefully decorated, the peace and relaxation guaranteed. The Danube bike path is 5 minutes walking distance, private parking very close by, storage of bicycles available.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the treehouse between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach treehouse comfortably accommodates two people. Another two people can stay on the sofa bed. The property is ideal for a wide variety of excursions: the Wachau, Krems or the Waldviertel. But the capital Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!
