This was a really handy space for a quick stop in Edinburgh. It’s incredibly central and I was always only 20/25 mins to where I needed to be (on foot). The space is immaculately clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay again, ideal for short trips.

Hazel was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was so well presented, clean and stylish and was very private. It felt luxurious with beautiful scents, gorgeous bedding and furnishings. The area felt safe and was about a 35minute walk to the city centre and attractions. We were able to park our car in the driveway for the stay which was so convenient. We would definitely stay again if we return to Edinburgh in the future.

Skye’s place was perfect for our three day stay in Edinburgh. About a 25 minute walk from Waverley train station and 20 to the Royal Mile. Very convenient Sainsbury’s almost next door came in handy every day. Quiet and comfortable for relaxing after long days on the streets. Skye was very helpful and pleasant in all communications. Highly recommended!

This small apartment is an ideal place if you consider a city break in Edinburgh. Very clean and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Comfy bed, a nice bathroom with toiletries provided by the host. This is a ground floor flat but the street is quiet.

Lovely Edinburgh traditional tenement flat. Bedroom is at the back so although it is on a main road it is silent at night. Biscuits and milk waiting on arrival.

Fabulous flat and neighbourhood. Lovely cute private garden. Nice furnishings. Great amenities. Very warm always and log fire made it super cosy. Everything clean and clutterless. Very communicative host who made it all easy. Highly recommend staying here if it’s within your budget. It’s possibly on the slightly expensive side for a 2-person accommodation but if you’re going to be mainly home-based for your stay it’s probably worth it house and garden wise.

We stayed for a wedding with our son and my parents. The house was even nicer than the photos and in a great location to walk into the city. The children's toys were a lovely touch and our 1 year old loved playing with them. Zoe was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Kelly is a great host, great communication and flexibility with a slightly early checkin. The apartment was meticulously clean and had a great feel to it when we have walked in. Location was good, nice, easy walk in to the city.

We had a comfortable stay in a quiet area. The b and b was well equipped with lovely homely touches like a welcome packet of shortbread, variety of teas, porridge oats which we loved each morning before we set out. We could easily walk to explore the city and felt safe coming and going. Catherine met us at check-in and gave clear and helpful advice to us. We loved the history of Edinburgh and the beautiful walk to Arthur’s seat… amazing views. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful accommodations, exactly like pictures. Very clean with modern amenities and bonus Scottish snacks. Quiet & safe neighborhood within walking distance to almost everything, we would definitely stay here again!

You could not ask for a better view! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It was easy to get everywhere from here. Overpackers beware— the three story stairs are no joke, but absolutely worth the view!

We stayed in this flat for 3 days whilst visiting Edinburgh (and Robbie Williams at Murrayfield). It was in an ideal location for the concert but on excellent transport links to the city. The tram was a 10 min walk and the buses a couple of minutes. Some local restaurants nearby. The flat had everything you would need and a local Tesco express down the road. Lots to see and do in Edinburgh. Would recommend the Royal Yacht Britannia. Communication was good with the owners. We would stay again.

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Lovely stay at Matt's place - especially loved the hot tub and the chickens! Matt was really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

This was a large, comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking all over town.

Great location and amazing accommodation.

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Excellent Airbnb apartment in good location. The drawback was the 3 long winding flights of stairs to get to it.
