the place was great. very private, even though an apartment, it had no neighbor's. very clean and well laid out. thank you!

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Absolutely perfect. Cozy downtown apartment feel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the burger shop downstairs was so delicious for a diner feel. We walked around everywhere and there was so much to do! We felt safe and the place was absolutely beautiful and had little local elements which were so charming. No complaints about anything! A word of warning- the autumn forest puzzle in the apartment is SO HARD and that’s coming from a seasoned puzzler. I had to give up :’( Thank you so much for having us!

We had a great stay!! Appreciated the fresh bag of ice waiting for us, loved being close to everything and even caught a Tourists game.

Very comfortable house. 3 bathrooms is a real bonus. We have stayed in Dan’s house numerous times over the 5 years our grandkids have attended Lenoir Rhyne University. It feels like home. We will definitely return next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. Hope to stay here again for our next visit! Thanks Michelle!!

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

A most pleasant place to stay

Rachel’s Airbnb was perfect for our one night stay. It was so cute and clean with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed, very clean, amazing location, was close to everything including ETSU which was why we were there. Yard was so beautiful to lool at. Can't wait to stay again.

Just as shown on listing. Older home in quiet older neighborhood. Nice that all bedrooms have smart televisions. Very comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway, we enjoyed the view and relaxing on the balcony.

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Great condo on a beautiful lake. Took this trip to help my daughter get situated in her new apartment a couple of miles up the road. Will be coming back to see her this summer and I will definitely stay here again! If it’s available 😄

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.

Absolutely a great stay! Everything was as described and I would definitely want to stay here if in the area again.
