Monthly Rentals in Morgan Hill

I stayed just shy of 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay. Trung was incredibly helpful, kind, and when I had a small issue with the fridge he was extremely responsive and fixed right away. He was always available should I ever have any concerns or needs and never made me feel like I was a bother. The room was very private, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities you will need for a long term stay. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Amazing find!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! If you need a quiet, secluded, spacious place to stay then this farmhouse style home is the perfect find. We loved the location and the host was incredible wonderful and helpful. If we are back in town, we would gladly stay here again!

Susan's place was close to everything specifically downtown Morgan Hill. Restaurants, dessert shops, different ethnic foods were all there and we enjoyed going to all of them after working remotely during the day. She had excellent and top of the line appliances such as the washer and dryer, full-sized refrigerator, toaster, and kitchen utensils. Working remotely is a lifestyle that is a big part of my husband's and mine. Susan made it seamless for us with her high speed wifi. I was even able to workout every morning as she has a spacious living room. Thanks again Susan for hosting us!

small and cute! very much spacious still! the water wasn't working at the time I got there but Jacky communicated with me .. and did her best at ensuring me the water will be back on once maintence was done! it was good stay for 3 nights! would def stay again!
