The place was great for us and it felt a lot like home. Very nice decorations, great view and everything you need to spend lovely days in Munich. Very close to the city center and main attractions. Thank you, Christian for making us feel so confortabile in your lovely house.

Very nice and modern furnished place with high-end amenities. The contact with Stefan was super friendly and straightforward. Particularly practical are the parking facilities directly on the street, the contactless check-in and check-out as well as the flexible times. By bus and train, you can reach the city center in 30 to 40 minutes. All the best, highly recommended!

The house was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Just a heads-up—you’ll need to carry your luggage from the car to the front door, as rolling it isn’t an option and it’s a bit of a stretch. That said, once you’re settled in, the area is quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for my whole family to spread out and relax.

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

We were welcomed by Barbara in a very friendly manner. She is extremely helpful and accommodating. Andechs Monastery is within easy walking distance. Barbara also had some tips for food and drink for us.

Comfortable stay at Michele's place. He welcomed me during check-in. Spacious and clean room with nice view outside. Host is friendly and responsive. Had a nice experience.

George is super welcoming and accommodating. 🤗 He leaves the freedom to join him around a good meal cooked by him or to keep his personal space. Price more than acceptable for the place in Munich, easy access by bus and metro. I would highly recommend it!

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

We were only there one night and only booked the apartment two days before. Everything worked out very well, easy and uncomplicated, check-in was super flexible. We were completely satisfied.

Yiran was extremely responsive and very kind, it was a lovely experience to stay with her.

Peter was a great host. The location was perfect just steps away from the S Bahn and very easy to find. Peter let me check in early and drop off my things and do laundry. He was very hospitable and took me over to the local shop to buy groceries without even asking as well as his recommendations to a lot of local spots to visit and eat at. Only about 30 minutes to Munich center. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. 5/5 stars.
