Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Museum Brandhorst, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc. The inner city is within a short walking distance.

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 16 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.

Shower amenities are arranged neatly on a wall shelf, including various bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A shower brush and a loofah add to the collection. The shower's tiles are dark, providing a modern backdrop for the organized items.

Hello :-) You will stay in a 55 sqm attic apartment with a lockable bedroom, a niche with a 160 x 200 mattress and a living-dining area with an open kitchen. In only 15 min you are right in the center. (U2 u U5) Parks, good restaurants and beer gardens, a swimming pool and shopping facilities (groceries, pharmacy) are there.

I felt extremely comfortable with my landlady. She offered her extremely warm hospitality with very unobtrusive and rounded off my 4-day training stay wonderfully. The room was nice, with everything you could ever need, bright and very clean. The shared bathroom use was completely unproblematic, I almost had the feeling that the bathroom was "just for me". Overall, a great stay that I will be thinking about for a long time. Thank you!!!

Despite our short stay, we were fully satisfied and, above all, had only positive experiences with the local staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room very clean and according to the photos also very cozy. I'm sure we'll be back.
