Vacation rentals with a patio in Moosach

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Ruhige Lage direkt in Pasing aber dennoch über Öffis gut erreichbar (Bahnhof für S-Bahn und Regionalverkehr sowie Tramstation in Laufweite). Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch gegeben (entweder direkt an der Straße oder im nebenan gelegenem Parkhaus). Im unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich zudem ein Edeka mit Bäckereifiliale, wo man frühstücken kann. Daneben gibt es auch noch verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés im Umfeld der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Martin war ebenfalls unkompliziert, alle wichtigen Infos wurden vorab bereitgestellt. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneinge­schränkt weiterempfehlen und würde sie sofort wieder buchen.

Super location in a vibrant part of town. Easy to get there, and a nice and practical appartement.

Theresa's place was lovely, spacious and clean. Everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom! She was also lovely, very quick to respond with detailed check in instructions making the whole process so easy. Close to lots of public transport making getting around easy, and lots of takeaway places available! Great place and great host

Sarah's place is excellent! The apartment is way bigger than it looks in the photos, and there is plenty of space. Sarah was very communicative and responded quickly when we had questions. The apartment is a few minute walk to the English Garden. We walked through different parts of the park each night. It was beautiful. The neighborhood was great with lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Sarah's place was also close to the U-banh which made getting around to other parts of the city very easy. The location is perfect for exploring Munich, and having a fun neighborhood to go back to for the evening. Sarah's place was clean, spacious and well decorated. She provided easy instructions to get into the building as well and step by step instructions on how to get to the building from the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Munich and upon a return would definitely stay at the place again.

Susanne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung - sogar eine Terrasse. Beim checkout habe ich leider einen Teil meiner Kleidung im Schrank vergessen - ich wurde direkt nochmal kontaktiert und hatte die Möglichkeit, zurück zu kommen und meine Sachen noch schnell zu holen. 1000 Dank dafür !

Great location. Pretty unique place. Things that should be mentioned, but should not deter you to stay and are not worth a lower rating. It is a bit tricky to find the place from the main road and from the parking garage. They do have videos posted on YouTube to help you, but the videos move kind of fast and it's still a little hard to find everything, but once you do find it, it's easy from there. The shower is incredibly difficult to get in and out of. The only part of the shower that opens, hits the toilet before it opens all the way. You have to turn sideways to get in and it's a pretty big step up. Be careful when getting out. The location was perfect, very close to Marienplatz. And having the parking garage available was very nice, as well. Great communication from the hosts.

Bereits vor der Buchung stand Simon für jede Frage zur Verfügung und antwortete überaus schnell. Der Kontakt war jederzeit total sympathisch und freundlich! So hatten wir bereits bei der Buchung ein gutes Gefühl. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man mit Bus und U-Bahn, welche alle paar Minuten fahren, schnell im Zentrum. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ☺️ Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Our stay at Florian’s was absolutely wonderful! The home was very well cleaned and had everything that we needed. I will say the two bedrooms are laid out differently than expected with only one entrance but it still worked perfectly for us. Florian was extremely communicative throughout the whole booking process and even got us a high chair for our one year old which was incredibly helpful during the trip. We found the apartment incredibly accessible as we mainly traveled my train or tram and the stations were incredibly walkable, both less than 10 minutes. And even the days we rented a car had no problems getting close enough to be able to load and park the car. Honestly the experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend for future guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Schönes Häuschen zum entspannen. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Und ausreichend Holz vorhanden, wenn’s mal kälter ist 😉

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Lage, Lage, Lage ... Urlaub mit 2 Personen in Starnberg. Fußläufig ratzfatz am Bahnhof, ratzfatz an der Promenade und am Schiffsanleger (ca. 10 Minuten). Vermieter sehr freundlich und erreichbar. Flexibler Check-in/-out. Wohnung super sauber, großzügiges Bad, Küche top ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Souterrain – angenehm kühl. Wer Koffer und Gepäckstücke dort deponieren möchte, erreicht das Schlafzimmer nur über eine Wendeltreppe. Für sperriges Gepäck ist aber auch oben genug Lagerplatz (z. B. im Eingangsflur). Endlich mal KEIN Schrankbett!!! Wir haben prima geschlafen. Terrasse mit Außensofas, Blick in den Garten, ruhig. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir nehmen die besten Erinnerungen aus unserem 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen und perfekt eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, entspricht genau der Beschreibung und sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Rainer ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der immer bei Fragen erreichbar ist. Außerdem fanden wir sein zur Verfügung gestelltes Infomaterial perfekt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und der Blick vom Balkon in das satte Grün ist selbst bei Regen schön. Die Region mit einer Vielzahl an gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen eignet sich perfekt für Aktivurlaub auf der einen und Entschleunigung auf der anderen Seite. Der Schliersee ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Bäcker sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine super Zeit. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Danke für Alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Terrific location and access to the tram. Everything was extremely clean. Check in, check out, and all communication was on point. Highly recommended.

Alles super! Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Einrichtung, sehr ruhig. Es gibt sogar ein prall gefülltes Bücherregal. Zum Kochen war alles da, Gewürze, Öle etc. Zur Begrüßung gab’s Brezeln und kleine Snacks sowie gekühlte Getränke. W-LAN war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung von Franziska war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch mit einigen Extras versehen die sonst nicht üblich sind. Zum Beispiel: Kaffeekapseln, viele Handtücher, Bodylotion,… ein besonderer Pluspunkt war die tolle Terrasse, die bei gutem Wetter natürlich mega war. Franziska ist sehr nett und herzlich. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Sehr gerne wieder! 🤗

Jelena was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. She went out of her way to make us more comfortable and was quick to respond to any of our questions. Since we traveled from out of country, she helped us with local recommendations as well. You are a quick 5 min walk from the subway that will take you anywhere in the city. A grocery store was right across the street as well, making it easy to make our own simple meals at times. We are glad we booked here vs a hotel. It was nice to have a lot of space at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
