Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Katie's place was very safe and comfortable. The house was exactly as described. It is older so the creaks were there. But it was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

Brenda’s rental is absolutely lovely. It has everything needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay, including clean linens, outdoor seating, & ample space for grilling, lounging, etc. The view from this rental is beautiful & the hosts are responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet, well-kept spot to enjoy a weekend away to Colorado Springs. Highly recommend Brenda’s rental!

I wish I could move in. This place is great and is RIGHT by Garden of the Gods. It's a top floor penthouse with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak mountain right out the window. No photoshop here, the view is amazing. It also has a nice deck where you can soak in the Colorado sun. If you're an out of towner like us, 50-60 degrees in Colorado at that elevation feels so toasty and you will enjoy the sun. The place is great, comfortable, and has everything you would need -- utensils in the kitchen, sufficient towels and even an incredible GAME ROOM with basketball that made the kids go crazy. All in all, I loved it and it exceeded expectations. I was very blessed to find this place and know why it is frequently booked.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Can’t recommend this location enough if you are planning any outdoor activity on the mountain - literally across the street from the Cog, Barr Trail and the Incline, and walkable to everything downtown. The home was cozy and spacious, with all necessary amenities provided. We had the best girls weekend!

The home was beautiful with plenty of space and incredible with being allowed to have both my pups with us. We had a blast thanks to Chris giving us the opportunity to stay there with my 2 dogs. If I ever visit again with my dogs I hope I’m am lucky enough to come back! Couldn’t be happier with our visit!

My family and I had the best stay!! Angela was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and it had a magnificent view. Loved it!!

We stayed for one night 4 adults and a baby. It was great experience, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. There was even essentials in the bathroom. We definitely will come back! Thank you Gina❤️

The home was easy to find, absolutely spotless, had all the things we needed including cooking utensils and basic ingredients. The grill worked perfectly. The couches and beds were comfortable and clean. Communication was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!!

Thank you, Emily, for such an amazing stay! We loved the cozy atmosphere and private yard; we felt right at home! The location was perfect!! We were surrounded by great restaurants and lots of coffee shops and were only a short 10 minute drive from most attractions. Emily and Spencer were incredibly responsive and helpful, they sent us plenty of great recommendations and attractions in the area. During our stay, my now fiancé proposed and Emily and Spencer went out of their way to have chocolates sent to our door. I was so surprised and so, so grateful for their kind gesture. We had an amazing time and most definitely plan on returning! Thank you again!!

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our own meals. I am happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again. Clear instructions were given for check in and check out, making it unnecessary to contact our host after checking in. We had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and as was the temperature in the apartment during our stay. The thermostat was easy to adjust as needed. Great price for the location and comforts!

Pam was so sweet and friendly. She reached out to me the day before to welcome me and give me instructions. She made it easy to check in and reassured if I had any questions to just call her. Upon arrival she was doing laundry and welcomed us in. Her husband was also very kind and made sure our parking was accommodated since we had little ones. They were both so nice and made us feel comfortable. The location was also great. We loved seeing the deer cruise in by.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

We felt right at home when we entered this airbnb. We had everything we needed from towels, shampoo, body wash, and TP. Kitchen had enough things for us to prepare some light meals, too. It was very quiet at night which allowed us to have good nights of sleep. It is close to shopping areas and grocery stores. It was very clean and organized. We recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Colorado Springs. Ohhh and host was very kind and responsive, too!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

Zoey was amazing and the place was a little small at first appearance but it has everything you want or need and it was beautiful.
