Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Montréal

Arthur was nice and communicated well during our stay. His apartment is described accurately and it was a comfortable stay. The place was clean and tidy. We felt ok coming and going from the apartment but the 2-3 blocks right around the apartment made us a little nervous and we were careful to avoid certain streets. There is a "lockbox" described for keys but Arthur met us at check in and check out to exchange keys (there was not a lockbox option). Also, the place states that smoking is allowed, so anyone that is sensitive to smoke should take note. We didn't smoke, and there was somehow smoke in the apartment sometimes, perhaps coming in from outside (we did not tell the host - it was mild and we didn't feel the need to bring it up). Overall, Arthur is a great host and really seems to want to people to have a good stay.

The place was private and well distributed. It had everything we needed and it was cosy. The host was extremely accessible even before booking and during especially when we had a minor mishap it was handled in the best manner. Communication was key and it was always very easy to contact and get responses. Definitely will recommend and even contact them again for future trips.

Beautiful apartment in a great area! It was super spacious and tidy. We didn’t run into Kyryl often but when we did he was very friendly & gave lots of recommendations.

Alexandra was a Kind , helpful and welcoming host. She was very sweet to me and my dog. The apt and bedroom were clean and comfortable . The location is perfect. Close to donuts , coffee, books and transportation. Alexandra helped a lot with recommendations and suggestions.

Great location, just a short walk from the Metro and Snowdon station. The owner was extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal for a few days

Lovely chalet located where la Rivière du Nord meets the Ottawa River. Super calm little street, and the chalet offers all the things you could wish for. Lots of games for the kids, karaoke, huge TV screen with Roku. We played pool on the pool table, we made a nice fire outside, and enjoyed the spa in the evening when the kids went to bed. We were there in the winter to celebrate New Years, but I can only imagine how much fun it would be in the summer as well. David was also extremely easy to communicate with and flexible with our requests. Good value for money, all in all, definitely recommended for a few days of tranquility.

Such a unique place. Very cool basement studio to chill and make music. Cozy and clean, Tim was great too! Will come again

Solid spot! The bedrooms are quiet and sound does not travel from one room to another if you are a light sleeper. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. Apartment was well heated. Location is a bit of a walk to most things we wanted to do, but the subway is close by and it is easy to get to. Overall would recommend!

Bonnie was a great host always available to answer the smallest question. She's very responsive, which helped us a lot. The apartment is impeccably clean, well-equipped and quiet. Our return flight was in the evening and Bonnie was very flexible with our checkout time. A beautiful property in Montreal to keep carefully

Great place to stay in the heart of Laval!

Clean and spacious. Felt very safe and matched the description. My family enjoyed the park nearby, especially my toddler son.
