Bright, spacious and quiet apartment in the Rosemont neighborhood near Petite Italie, 2 minutes from the Beaubien metro station which leads to the city center. A closed bedroom adjacent to the living room and portable air conditioning installed at the window in the summer. Close to places to visit, walking distance to the Plateau and Jean Talon market. The Sweet Arcade

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.
