Magnificent, modern accommodation located in the historic neighborhood of old Lachine, Montreal. Facing the river (Lac Saint Louis) Everything you need is walking distance : cafes, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Waterfront, cycle path, boat ramp, paddle board rental in front of the apartment. The Sweet Arcade

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.

The studio features two spacious beds with tufted headboards, complemented by crisp white bedding. A window nook offers natural light and a view of greenery. A modern TV and stylish furniture enhance the open layout, while light wood flooring adds warmth to the space.
