At the Co cottage / Relaxation area

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Charming house with swimming pool and large garden

This charming little house (40 m2) is ideal for one or two couples or a family with two children. Large single-story bedroom, mezzanine with 2 separate beds, or assembled for a second couple. Large outdoor space to relax and eat in the shade of the pines. The bubble-covered heated pool is shared with the owner (you will have priority). Open all year round but "swimmable" from May to September depending on the weather. Departure of walking tour directly from the house.

Heated Pool Naturally from May 1 to October 1 by the sun and by greenhouse effect thanks to the sliding shelter. Shared pool intelligently with us. Your tranquility is our top priority Jacuzzi all year round (request 48 hours before). Bed sheets provided, indoor and outdoor towels provided. Fireplace, BBQ Wood provided self-service. No food available. Parties and outdoor rentals are not accepted.

Accommodation close to Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Cathar Castles and vineyards. Appreciable for the view of the Pyrenees, the location in the countryside among cereal crops and vineyards will allow you to read quietly as well as enjoy a good aperitif on the sunny terrace.
