If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the Co cottage / Relaxation area

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Large 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor located 5 min walk from the city, 3ha enclosed garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room, bright living room, garden furniture, plancha, swimming pool, baby equipment available (bed, bathtub, chair...). Large 60 m2 ground floor apartment. Modern and comfortable. In a pretty village with all amenities. In winter and mid-season: this quiet apartment is ideal for hosting a couple, a small family or people on a business trip. In summer: the apartment stays very cool. The environment can be a little more lively and you can enjoy a shared terrace with barbecue and a 9x4 salt pool. As well as many deckchair spaces and garden furniture.

Heated Pool Naturally from May 1 to October 1 by the sun and by greenhouse effect thanks to the sliding shelter. Shared pool intelligently with us. Your tranquility is our top priority Jacuzzi all year round (request 48 hours before). Bed sheets provided, indoor and outdoor towels provided. Fireplace, BBQ Wood provided self-service. No food available. Parties and outdoor rentals are not accepted.

371 @ Mas de la Prade, Gite No.7

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No.7 is a two-storey cottage attached to the main house with private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ plancha. Accommodates 2 people in 1 kingsize bed.
