Welcome to a private estate of 250 hectares. We welcome you to a completely renovated house, located in the middle of nature in a hamlet of 4 houses, in the natural region of Corbières. With 27 km of private trails, it is a hiker's paradise. Duplex apartment located between the train station and the center with garden and private swimming pool, closed kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a shower room with two toilets. The bathroom has a spa bath for two people and a seating area with heated and massaging armchair. You will have access to a private garden with outdoor jacuzzi, an area to eat outside with a private pool. A place to park several cars is right in front of the apartment.
