Pictures don’t do enough credit to this beautiful gîte. We really had a great time there. We really loved that all bedrooms are master bedrooms and have aircon. We used the BBQ everyday. Loved the swimming pool area which is well thought of and cosy. There were 7 of us and we invited family and friends over to spend time with us at the pool and for BBQ. There are plenty of nature walks to do around in the village in the wine yards or at the Abbaye nearby. The place is in close proximity of everything. Very easy to park several cars in the private yard. For more water fun - Buy some flottables to the pool and bring a leather ball as the Yuccas around the pool would otherwise pierce the plastic. As it’s a gîte there is no shower gel or soap available so bring your own. Unlike typical airbnbs there is also no food supply except salt pepper oil and vinegar some sugar and coffee to get you started on the first night. Kathleen is available throughout the stay to assist if anything :)

If you are looking for a peaceful, warm place with quality hospitality and an Olympic swimming pool, come to the stopover!!! Our family of 4, accompanied by our dog, was very warmly welcomed. Bernadette and Roger are caring, attentive and available hosts. Unfortunately, our stay was short and very busy, we couldn't enjoy your beautiful region. We'll have to come back, I hope! The pool is really pretty and the water is 29 degrees away, all you have to do is enjoy when going out buoys and pink flamingos! The children were also delighted with the games that was available in the apartment (board games, PS2 console), they were not bored for a second and on our side, we enjoyed the calmness of the place. The garden is very large and bordered by very pretty trees and flowers. The apartment is very well arranged with a decor that is both clean but warm. The bedding is comfortable, the bunk bed is very cute. If there were one thing to improve, it would be a fan for the room or a screen to open the window at night. warm welcome with a delicious bottle of rose in the fridge. Super nice location with amenities such as bakery, supermarket and restaurants within a short walking distance in the nice village. Excellent cottage with basic equipment and nice private outdoor area. Shower with lots of hot water. For the pool it was not yet weather, so we did not use it. Good value for money.

Brigitte and Jean-Baptiste are lovely hosts. Good communication and very welcoming. During our 2 week stay they were available if we needed anything, but apart from that we could come and go through separate entrances without disturbing each other. The appartment is in a beautiful house. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. Parking in Fabrezan is easy. The only thing to consider is the busy street outside - light sleepers may need to pack earplugs. We hope to return.

Cozy little apartment from which you can explore the beautiful Gruissan (old town, harbor) well. We arrived here after a multi-day bike ride to relax and were happy about the washing machine, dishwasher and a simple but functional kitchen. The various beaches in the area can be easily explored by bike.

Nicolas place is a rare find. The kids love his place. So much things to do in his place. He is very kind and lovely

Very pleasant stay in Marta's cottage, off-center but close to other stations, shops. Easy to park, easy to access. The accommodation is very well equipped. The only small negative point is that there is no network so some difficulty to get organized but apart from that a great stay, very nice to recharge your batteries! We had a great time with friends in this beautiful and big house! The setting is magnificent and the welcome given by Lola and her mother-in-law very warm. They even received our grocery delivery before we arrived, what kindness! We particularly liked the visit of the adjoining castle and enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was comfortable, modern, quiet and perfect for my needs for the ten days we stayed there. There were big windows overlooking a large garden at the back letting in lots of light which was wonderful to wake up to. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It was a nice walk into town and lots to see there.

We had a wonderful week at 16. The space and outdoor spaces are well designed so that no one gets in the way. Pool, hot tub, ping pong and games in the boulodrome have delighted 3 generations.

This gîte is well worth a stay. We were greeted by Sabine when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the gîte, and even offered us a nice bottle of red wine. the gîte was spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The gîte was the highlight of our trip. Thank you again Sabine!

We are delighted with our 3-week stay at Christophe's. The apartment is awesome! The box is pure happiness (be careful to check the size of the vehicle as indicated in the listing: small Renault Captur returned relatively easily and I am objectively not one of the most gifted of my generation :P). The garden, an absolute dream! The apartment is conveniently located and a nice surprise with the "heart of the city" shuttle (free) from Monday to Saturday that passes every 20 min and picks you up almost at the doorstep...it was very useful for us with my sick mom! I'm sure we'll book again as we loved it so much. 😉 Thank you to Christophe for this beautiful vacation. 😉

Ideal for a young couple who want to visit the area, be independent and enjoy the sea and pool nearby! The hosts are welcoming, the place is peaceful and beautiful and their dog is adorable! Big wish, I would highly recommend it.

Private comfortable apartment with a contemporary style. The view of Beziers Cathedral across the valley was fantastic. We hired a car so it was easy to get around and visit the area.

Great welcome. Perfect house to welcome our family who come from afar during the holiday season. I did not occupy the accommodation myself since I live a few hundred yards away (!), but my family was delighted. Do it again!
