It was originally created by Jean Haudebourg an engineer of the King of France who was in charge with the"Avignon bridge". In the heart of the village,near a bus stop, a land of 8000m2, at the foot of the historical ST André .Fortress Facing Avignon and its famous bridge, Villeneuve ,a trypical old provencal place,is ,thanks to its history ,gentle way of life and permanent sun , a privileged location ,,the ideal stay in Provence:less than an hour from the Mt Ventoux , The Lubéron ,the Cévennes, les Baux de Provence , the Camargues , the Mediterranean sea, The Gardon Gorge with canoe-kayak, the famous Rhone Valley wine trail and 10 golf courses The maisonnette is provided with the Internet and TV cable, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and air con and akitchen with all amenities. Big park inside the property. Guests can be picked up at the TGV station or Avignon Airport. A bus stop for Avignon downtown,a bicycle station, shops and local restaurants at short walking distance. On Thursdays and Saturdays, provencal and wonderful market just near the house.

Charming cottage of approx. 50 m2 in the attic, 1st floor of an outbuilding (on the right in the overall photo), 1,700 m2 plot where the very discreet owners live. Only cottage on site. Swimming pool (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. with bubbles), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (cabin, etc.) and bowling alley available (self-service). The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Welcome to this heavenly oasis, haven of peace and serenity, large 300 m3 organic pool, cleaned, swimming from 06/06 to 09/22, pontoon waterfall, exotic plants, new comfortable studio, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, Italian-style shower, 300 m2 plot, sunbathing, barbecue, plan, night lighting, not overlooked. (soap not provided) cleaning, sheets and towels included. Dogs accepted 15 euros, many hiking trails from the rental.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This Lauragaise mansion, steeped in history and recently renovated, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor spaces.

Calm and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, accompanied by a magnificent view of the countryside and its sunsets. The place has all the comforts as well as air conditioning! Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Guest house with charm "Le clos d'Emilion"

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Gîte en Quercy (4 pers.)

Ideally located between Rocamadour, Cahors and Sarlat, this sheepfold transformed into a 100 m2 cottage on 2 levels is in the heart of a village with essential shops, grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private.
