Monthly Rentals in Montorsoli Stazione

It’s a restored stone building that has been beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well appointed with almost everything one needs for meal preparation. The bed was comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues ( we locked ourselves out) that Cosimo was quick to resolve. He was a very good host. As the description clearly states, a car is essential. Unfortunately, we found that almost every destination (Sienna, Montepulciano, , Pisa etc.) required driving through Florence which, for someone unfamiliar with the city, is a nightmare. We were there for the entire month of March and , overall we enjoyed it very much. It’s a very nice place and I would recommend it.

We booked this place as our base of operations for our visit to Florence and the surrounding area. Going into Florence was super easy: five minutes by car, free parking at the station, and frequent trains right into the center of Florence. Sure beats driving in the city! The loft studio itself was lovely, with wood beam ceilings, stone floors, a big picture window to the garden, but also very good curtains for privacy. And it was great to have breakfast ready for us each day!

We wanted to camp but the bad weather forced us to reschedule so we wanted to go to Florence at short notice and became aware of this accommodation. It was perfect. We only asked the night before and yet everything was perfectly prepared when we arrived! Arrival and check-in were easy with Alessandra's info. Located just outside Florence in a very quiet area. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to Florence by car and Alessandra has very helpful information about parking. We would come back.👍
