I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time. Looking forward to coming back! I would highly recommend it! We had a lovely stay with friends to celebrate the new year. We enjoyed the large kitchen and fireplace and the view from the main gite. Hot tub and sauna was a plus!

We had a pleasant stay at Alexis's place. It is very well located, close to the tram, 5/10 min walk to the shopping center of Bègles ... and its market on Saturday. Even though there is no parking and the accommodation is in the blue zone, parking spaces (outside the blue zone) are very easy to find in the surrounding streets. The accommodation is in a very quiet building and is well equipped for a week-long stay. We enjoyed and recommend this accommodation very close by tram to Bordeaux

Very well located accommodation, close to the station and very well arranged The patio was a big plus, especially since the weather was nice. We couldn't hear the train when we were on the patio or in the Property, it was very quiet.
