The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

Nice view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking tours to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Proximity to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d 'Alésia, Vezelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy and Chailly Castle.

Apartment ideally located in the heart of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois. Close-by shops and restaurants, you can do a lot on foot. Close to many places to visit. Ideal for a short stay in the heart of Auxois. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building. Very bright and quiet, it overlooks a small enclosed common courtyard. My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Maison Coq – Le Petit Poulailler

La Maison Coq is located in the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois, 120 m from the Collegiate Church. In addition to the owners' home, it has three independent lodgings (Le Petit Poulailler, Pinot Noir and Grand Ordinaire). Le Petit Poulailler, a 35 m² micro-house on two levels, is the most cozy of them. Warning: in winter, the indoor temperature peaks at 19°.
