We booked for 8 people to celebrate our 60th birthday together and enjoy 4 days in a peaceful and green place. Beautiful area. Very beautiful home. Clean. Very well-equipped in every room. Necessary in every way. Not overlooked. Very good Bedding. Very comfortable living room. Garden lounge areas, garden table area, BBQ, swimming pool turned on 2 days before the scheduled date to be nice to us… DAVE and DEBBYE are very attentive. I highly recommend this listing! Jan's accommodation is very nice, full of charm and tastefully decorated. It is convenient and quiet, everything was very clean upon arrival, Jan is very accommodating and welcomed us with great kindness. We also really enjoyed the pool in the middle of nature with views of the countryside and mountains in the distance, it's magical! I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend with friends, the cottage is fully equipped, quiet and well located, the garden is a real haven of peace and communication with the owners is simple and pleasant, nothing to say, we would love to come back.

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet area, it is well equipped and carefully decorated. The pool, bocce court and games room are real pluses. Élisabeth is very attentive to her guests. We had a lovely family weekend in this relaxing place.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

Another unoccupied accommodation currently being renovated in the same courtyard does not pose a neighborhood problem. The property is completely enclosed, which allows dogs to be safe. Our stay in this house was amazing, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a little calm, nature and comfort. Super cottage, beautifully restored, combining old-fashioned charm with modern comfort. It is located in a very quiet hamlet and its beautiful very private garden is really nice, and ideal for our canine companions. In the heart of Morvan, its location makes it easy to visit both the north and the south. Many hikes are also possible near the cottage, surrounded by beautiful nature. Florence and Léa are very friendly and responsive. An excellent place!

If you want to recharge with nature lady, away from the city and networks, this small cottage is for you! In this little corner of heaven, I found calm and tranquility. I think in the summer the region is more hectic. However, there is always plenty to do for those who love hiking and the forest.

Beautiful house, well-equipped, good bedding, nothing is missing. Very quiet and soothing with plenty of space both indoors and the large outdoor space well maintained. Philippe and his wife who welcomed us are very friendly. Shops are within walking distance, the market on Tuesday as well as the farmers' shop, a plus. Good restaurants. We felt right at home. A great restaurant is not far, 10/15 km from the port of Chatillon en Bazois along the Canal du Nivernais, the Guinguette. For the record, it is said that cows watch trains pass by, for us it was my husband Charles who watched the cows and calves 5 meters from the windows and envied the bull. Address to remember and share, ideal for a group or family with kids.

The house was super great, if you like these typical old houses, then this house is just right. Robert is a great person, he has great ideas if something is missing, he gives good tips for excursions in the area and is also just a super helpful host, just like his wife! The surroundings are very nice, but the demands on activities are very different. Personally, I rode my bike a little through the woods and we walked to surrounding old churches. However, it is otherwise not soooo exciting in the surrounding area. Old churches, old walls, those who like these things, of course, have a relatively large selection. With small children, at least in bad weather, the selection is rather small. Overall, a stay there is worthwhile if it takes place in good weather and you know how to do a lot with yourself if necessary. Otherwise, the house also offers beautiful opportunities for romantic time by the fire!

It is a very nice and spacious house with a pleasant layout. It is special how it is quietly located at the same time, with a beautiful view of the Morvan, while also easy to walk to the village. The communication went well. There is plenty to discover in the area. In short: great!

The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We enjoyed the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. Great stay at Audrey's cottage! The cottage is super well-equipped, and Audrey is welcoming and flexible on schedules. There are a lot of nice places within a 30-minute drive.

We really liked the place for a summer visit. The area is beautiful for hikes and it is really central to visit towns and villages.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 days together with our 3 Chihuahuas. Angelique is very friendly and attentive and immediately makes you feel welcome. For example, she had placed an extra bar under the entrance gate to make sure that even small dogs could not escape. The gite is small but nice. A good bed and nice bathroom a great kitchen. Everything you need is present including a lovely wood stove. All this in an authentic French atmosphere. A beautiful view and absolute tranquility. The area is beautiful. Suitable for peace seekers and people who love nature. In the morning, a delicious walk to the shop for fresh bread and a chat. Friendly people. No stress. It's like going back in time! We had a wonderful time
