An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Locato a 20 minuti dalle spiagge della Versilia e da Pisa e 15 minuti da Lucca. Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa.
