Great stay in the heart of the trendy Brera area surrounded by restaurants, cafes and design shops. Walking distance to most attractions and monuments. The apartment is very nice with a newly and very well renovated bathroom. It is located at the back of the building, surrounded by plants. It is very peaceful and quiet.

Rosario’s flat is a piece of art. Beautiful interior, great location, exquisite furniture and amenities. Bed was very high quality. I stayed here for a month and look forward to returning. He was an incredibly generous host who gave helpful recommendations and was communicative. Couldn’t recommend more.

Both the accommodation and Emanuela's efforts exceeded expectations. She was always on hand with assistance - from unlocking the stove top I had inadvertently managed to lock, to providing extra bedding as the city had turned off the central heating for Spring, but we were experiencing a cold snap. Emanuel also kindly encouraged me to use the electric heater as much as I liked, as coming from tropical Queensland, I was finding it chilly in Acqui Terme. The location of the apartment is perfect - close to the station and all the attractions. The apartment is decorated impeccably, so that it feels like a proper vacation in a thoughtfully styled apartment - all the little details made a difference. Emanuela is genuinely interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible -11 out of 10!

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

Filippo is a very warm host, and was proactive from the very beginning. My family & I had a really nice stay in Milan at Filippo’s AirBnb. The place is nice & clean, and appropriately spacious! Will definitely recommend staying here to others since it is very family friendly.

Property was very close to beach (1-2 minutes walk). it was near to many eatout places. I felt space was congested in bathroom but for the price place was worth staying for the beauty of the surrounding places. host was friendly, responsive and easy to communicate. will definitely recommend this place. please note the apartment is on first floor with around 35 steps to climb so be careful if you have heavy luggage.

We had a lovely and restful time, the location is beautiful with the private beach and the sound of ocean waves, the view of the sea is wonderful. Camilla is a great host and Paolo is amazing, warm and friendly, and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and even took care of arranging a boat charter for us with a great local company who really took care of us, even arranging to get a birthday cake on short notice, going into town to pick it up for us! Amazing hospitality that made our trip special. Thanks so much!

We were looking for a place to rest during our work stay in preparing a stand at Euroflora 2025. Just perfect. Lorenzo was very helpful in everything. We couldn't ask for a better response to our needs. Very good stay for the first time in Milan. Thanks to Alessio for his kind words. Her guide for the day in Milan was perfect. The apartment is great, close to the train station and so everything is next door: bus to the airport, metro, tram that had our preference. 20 min from the Duomo For restaurants we loved Mercato Centrale, located in the train station, we dined there every night: super convenient, delicious The only small point, for people who sleep in the veranda the proximity to the street which is very busy (tram,traffic) it is quite noisy but Alessio had everything planned, quiescent balls were placed on the nightstands. I would recommend it 100% Ciao e grazie mille Alessio

We really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. The house is as described and has a lovely garden and terrace. Restaurants in Bra are close and there are plenty to choose from. I can recommend this house and would stay here again
