Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Caroli is a detached house located in the center of Alba (100 m from piazza del Duomo). It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The sea (500 meters) Recco (1200 m.) and Portofino National Park (3 km) can be reached not only by car, but also on foot with scenic walks; Genoa-Nervi is 12 km away (SS1 Aurelia)

In the heart of Alta Langa, a UNESCO heritage site, CASA VITTORIA, located in the center of Feisoglio, is a great starting point for bike rides, walks in the countryside and food and wine tours. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

Annex in an old farmhouse overlooking the hills of Monferrato and the Alps. Independent entrance both on foot and by car. Large fenced garden (about 1200 sqm), swimming pool (unsupervised 12x7 meters, depth from 90 cm to 220 cm) with trampoline and convenient masonry ladder to enter and exit. Canopy with wood-burning oven and barbecue with table and chairs shared with the owners. Table with chairs under the veranda for guests, sun loungers and deck chairs.
