You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the courtyard garden of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its advantages and due to the extremely comfortable decor, this "casita" is perfect for a stay in any period of the year, not least during those wonderful spring and autumn months. At the private pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with large daybed, you can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace.

Located in the middle of the Riu Nou Natural Area and on the riverbank. Casa Riu Nou offers a quiet space of 120 m² distributed over 2 floors with a patio and a terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, kitchen, toilet and access to the patio. The first floor has a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. Surroundings: Picnic area, barbecue, paella, children's play area and bathing area in the river.

It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
