Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

This has been by far one of the most perfect holiday villas we’ve rented! Nestled in the most peaceful of locations, the villa was absolutely charming! Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping was a definite mood booster! We were relieved to see that there were herbs, oils and cooking condiments ready to use. The pool was a huge bonus and we used it most days. Seeing as we went in August, the outdoor temperature was very very hot, but luckily the house remained cool with its air con system. For anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle and doesn’t mind hillside driving, we highly recommend it! I would just mention that a few more hooks in the bedrooms to hang things on would be beneficial but didn’t impact our enjoyment whatsoever! The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

Chiara and Giovanni’s place is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is rustic and comfy; however the real gem are the grounds. Their land is beautiful and the pool is really special. Incredible location and hosts! The house was immaculate and exactly as described. We really had the best time and made use of all of the recommended restaurants and towns to visit nearby. We had an incredible trip and could not be more thankful to such kind hosts that made sure we had everything we needed and more.

We had a very good time here! The Airbnb is a separate part of a nice house on a hill, it is spacious and has everything you need. You can sit outside and there is a nice swimming pool. The hosts were very nice and always available for help/tips. I definitely recommend this place!

We (7 girlfriends) enjoyed the stay in the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She has sent us a lot of tips about the area (also the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed anything, there was a very quick response. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings beautiful. Parking has enough. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

The place I stayed at this time was really artistic and beautiful. Thanks to the carefully placed objects and the unique interior, I felt like I was staying in a small gallery. From the natural light coming in through the window, to the colors that go well with it, to the quiet and cozy atmosphere — I was satisfied with everything. In particular, the details filled with the sensibility of the accommodation were impressive, so every moment felt special throughout my stay. This is a place I'd like to recommend to those who want to escape from everyday life and heal in an artistic atmosphere.

We have spent wonderful week this summer in Willa Elena. 3 families with kids. Willa is huge 900 m2, so we had very comfortable conditions. Perfect location, and beautiful place. Elena hosted us with a true kindness. We like Elena’s’ wine, and our kids love their horses. I would recommend this Willa to big groups looking for comfortable conditions in Tuscany.

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area ! We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.
