If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

This has been the standout accommodation of our Italian tour so far. The photos do not show how amazing this place is. It’s on a vineyard and olive farm with the option for breakfasts (which were fabulous) and we also had a shred meal with others at the accommodation on one night. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere set to be relaxed with several courses taken over a few hours and flowing local wines. The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a very comfortable bed room. We ate in on a few nights and the kitchen was well equipped for making food. Anna was exceptional as a host always very helpful and with such a cheerful positivity. We chose to be away from the main towns to have a peaceful recharge and this accommodation gave us exactly that. Take a walk through the vineyards and capture a sunset that will be etched into your memories. Thanks again Anna for a wonderful stay ❤️

Wow! This was just perfect from the beginning to the end. First, Massimo was waiting for us at the gate to bring us to the parking where he took our luggage and brought them to the apartment. Then, he sat down with us to give us some instructions and local recommendations. The apartment was clean and spacious for my family of 4. The location is just perfect. It’s in the heart of San Gimignano so you can walk everywhere from there. Even if San Gimignano is crowded, the apartment is very quiet with a small outdoor to enjoy. Massimo joined us on our last day to bring back the luggage to our car. This is a first-class experience. I don’t want to forget Fabio who has been very responsive on Airbnb as well. I definitely highly recommend Fabio’s place!

This accommodation has a really nice view. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. There are two swings, a playground with a slide, a garden, and the kids were happy with animals such as mountain rabbits, cats, mountain birds, snails... etc. I was grateful that the hosts were so kind and sweet. I recommend this accommodation that I want to go to again.

Breathtaking property that our family found relaxing and rejuvenating. The space was well-equipped. Guilio is a great host. The donkey and horse made the stay memorable for the kids.

Anna Rita's place was even more beautiful than the pictures and in a great location. Anna Rita's sister, Lucia met us when we arrived. She gave us a tour, explaining how everything works. The space was large and welcoming. The outside terrace was especially beautiful and a peaceful place to unwind. The upstairs master suite was extraordinary. It was comfortable, quiet, spacious and had a balcony overlooking the terrace. The only downside was that the downstairs bedroom could get quite loud due to the adjacent restaurant on the other side of the wall. Our host was always very responsive. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely time staying at the property. The surroundings are beautiful and the communication was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable!

Fabio and Sarah's farm is a true oasis of peace and tranquility! We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home! It was an extremely pleasant stay in the spirit of nature and the beautiful surrounding landscapes. The pool, overlooking the valley, is really beautiful! The accommodation provided is well maintained and tastefully furnished! Fabio was very helpful and kind: he was a great help in solving a problem we had just arrived! We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

Great stay! Perfect location to have some calm days, close to the beach and beautiful little villages. Also in a good location to reach Florence and Siena. The host Claudio gave us great recommendations of what to do around this area and where to eat. The communication was perfect! Also the apartment was very clean with a big pool and beautiful views over the hills in Tuscany. We can highly recommend it!

What a magical stay! Christine is a true host and not only has curated a beautiful space but she also was perfectly attentive to us during our stay. The apartment was as comfortable as it is beautiful. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and swimming pool and although we explored the area we would have been just as happy to stay “home” all day. The recommendations for the area were true gems. We had breakfast our last morning and it was the perfect ending to our stay! I don’t think you can find a more perfect place.

While Paolo was away, our check-in and communication with Bruno went very smoothly. The property is absolutely stunning. The view of Sam Gimignano as you swim in the pool was something out of a movie scene. The property has surrounding olive trees and vineyards seen right from the window of the airbnb. This particular room is in a tucked away corner of the property and feels very private. Bed was comfy. Washing machine and drying racks, as well as a grill were plusses. Many agriturismos offer a dinner for an added fee, and we were a little disappointed that the dinner (in the past offered by Paolo’s neighbors) was closed during our stay. However, in fending for ourselves, we did appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, and loved eating our dinner right on the private table outside the room door. Also, you do have to clean out your trash at the end of the stay. Price felt right. Overall, would happily stay again and will be forever dreaming of the view.

We had a great stay! Simona welcomed us warmly and showed us everything in peace. The Airbnb is beautifully located in the middle of nature – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The place was very clean, lovingly and cozily. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!
